Byron Bay Retail Analysis
Project Type: Strategic Planning
This project involved background research with respect to the retailing characterisation of the town of Byron Bay, Northern New South Wales. Stephen Connelly adopted an economic impact analysis model similar to that used in Queensland retail planning to assess the existing retail character and catchment of Byron Bay and looked at the impact of additional floor space on that town.
