An innovative approach to solving the problem of escalating land and housing prices. The project involved the rezoning of approximately 21 hectares, detailed site analysis and design utilising the Mode Code provisions of the Joint Venture for More Affordable Housing. S J Connelly acted as environmental planner for the preparation and lodgement of the Development Application and associated documentation.
